Good Hearts is currently looking for experienced Adoption and Foster Care Case Managers to perform functions including (but not limited to):

- Monitor, maintain contact, and support foster-adopt families and respite providers pre- and post-placement

- Initiate and complete family/child assessments that address safety, risks, family strengths and needs, domestic violence issues, and any other socioeconomic needs pertinent to sound service planning

- Develop, update, and implement Treatment Plans

- Maintain child records
